It is 2011 and it is time to think about the summer season here in the Pacific Northwest. Thoughts of enjoying the beach on Lake Sammamish during a sunny summer day sure brighten the spirits after our long, cold and wet winter.
All parcels owners in the plat were sent this year’s newsletter on March 16th. Check your mailbox for the newsletter and on the mailing label is the 2011 dues owed for your property.
